Fixing it for good
How do we prove our customer data problems are fixed?

You measure them. Most projects end with everyone feeling things are better and nobody able to prove it, because nobody wrote down where things stood at the start. Set one number for each outcome, measure it before anything changes, and check it every month.

What the video says
Most projects to fix customer data end the same way. Everyone feels things are better, but nobody can prove it.
Nobody wrote down where things stood at the start, so there's nothing to measure the change against.
Without a number, the work drifts to whatever is loudest that week, and the board stops backing something it can't see.
The answer is one number for each outcome, measured before anything changes, and checked every month.
The share of leads sales accepts. Quotes followed up on time. Customers spotted before they lapse. When the number moves, everyone can see the problem is being fixed.
