How it works

Questions about pricing

How much does revenue operations advisory cost?

Our advisory is priced by how many outcomes we move at once: £4,000 a month for one workstream, £7,500 a month for two and £10,000 a month for three. Prices exclude VAT.

What's included in every band?

A mapping workshop in month one, a benchmark for each workstream reviewed every month, a prioritised action list with an owner and a date on every action, templates and worked examples, training for the people doing the work, and a weekly session with us.

What do you do, and what does our team do?

Both teams do real work. We map where the customer gets lost between your teams and systems, set a benchmark for each workstream, write the action plan and train your people to carry it out. Every week we review what's been done and set the next priorities. Your own team, agency or platform partner makes the changes inside your systems, so you keep the skills and own everything that's built.

Which band should we start with?

If one problem matters more than the rest, start with one workstream. If your problems feed each other, such as lead quality and enquiry to order, two workstreams moved together is where most clients start.

What should we compare the cost with?

The revenue the business is already losing: quotes nobody chases, customers who drift away unnoticed, and spend going to the wrong channels. It isn't a software cost, and it doesn't replace any system you already pay for. It's what makes the systems and people you already have bring in the revenue they should.

Is this a CRM project?

No. Most businesses already pay for the right platforms, and buying another platform rarely closes a gap between teams. The gap closes when someone decides what every team and every system should be pointed at, and keeps them pointed there.
